He looks bad now although I don't think that's purely because of his hair. His actual face looks uglier.

Sometimes I think male pattern baldness can be a crime, the guy had such great hair and it was stolen from it. It would be so immensely painful for me if I was him to look at past pictures of myself.
To some degree I'm glad I don't have good hair, at least I'm not loosing anything special.

Too bad the guy won't get on the big three, he could restore some of it and look half decent. That's just my opinion, he probably doesn't give two ****s about his hair.

He's probably on the big three. He's had fairly severe hairloss since the end of his teens and his hair has remained fairly constant for some years now. He's in a pretty crappy position tbh, he would 'nt even be allowed to just shave it bro, even if the hair gets worse, he has to keep it that length and it look thin and terrible.

I wonder why he doesn't have a transplant, I mean he has the money for it so why not?

He actually doesn't look bad in my opinion, he still has a frame to his face.
About the difference from the pictures, come on, everybody looks better at 17 than at 30, hair or no hair.
He really seems he doesn't care, baldness is a common trait in the royal family.

Bull****, just because you are younger doesnt mean you look better

Of course there are exceptions, but in general, the younger you are, the better you look, it's common sense...
Aging process surely does not make anyone beautiful.
Of course, comparing a teenager to a 30 year old is not appropriate.

I don't think he's ever been on the big 3. It's his duty to have children and I doubt that he'd risk it.

If he has to keep his hair that length, why not at least trim it on the sides more? Also, he's able to grow a decent beard. Why the hell did he shave it?

He is in a tough position being royal. As a royal he is expected to have hair but at the same time not show insecurity by having a hair transplant -media would have a field day and it would always be mentioned. This would be very unroyal like. He also can't shave, even a white guy with a professional job doesn't look great shaven even if it suits him, let alone a royal! A skinhead and royal doesn't go. He has no choice but to dare I say bald in a more refined historical way. Beards, longer back and sides with a bit of a comb over. Kind of like prince charles.

If I was William I would have kept on taking Finasteride early on subtly, that's one thing he could have done undercover. So it's probably a bit of he doesn't worry for his hair loss; as well as treatment not being entirely appropriate given his position in society.

Yeah the British tabloids would go nuts specially once the hair loss kept progressing and he ended up with poor results or if the hair transplant didn't result that well. The English sure love other people's misery, just reading the comments on English news sites it's just nasty and wrong.

It's true. I still think America/Canada might be worse but have no experience - just seems more superficial.

Prince William probably isn't aware of treatment options to combat his male pattern baldness.
