That stuff is worthless. Some other company was promoting that stuff a year or two ago - they wanted people to spend $300 a month to take part in their trials. A few people did and had no noticable hair growth after 6 months. The whole peptide thing is a racket, it wont grow hair.

anyone else feel this way?? im hoping this stuff is legit and does do what they claim it does.

Yes I do as well. I tried peptide for a year and believe peptides to have only a mild impact on hair growth. Its just another sales tactic in a huge market. I'M MUCH MORE CONTENT WITH MY CURRENT REGIMEN.

What I want to know is what it will be like for users of minoxidil to take on a new topical product, and then hopefully discontinue the use of minoxidil if OSH101 is so effective.

just because most peptides or all peptides that have been used this far havent had good efect doesnt mean the peptide that they are talking about wont be super effective ... so i dont think you can just go ahead and say that this product is going to be bullshit.

i think its just a peptide that was found to be extremely benificial in pormoting hairgrowth .... and if its going through FDA trials i dont think its safe to call it Bull sh*t just yet ... it might be legit and kick male pattern baldness's ***... no one will know untill testing is complete im guessing.

thin=depressed ... what peptide did you use?? copper peptide? because you didnt try all the peptides known to man and just because lets say copper peptides dont work well doesnt mean some other peptide wont be awesome.

I know they have but Copper Peptides effectiveness isnt nearly as good as minoxidil ... and the peptide that they are working with in PS1 is said to have much better regrowth than minoxidil. If thats the case .. than the difference between copper peptides and whatever peptide is in PS1 would be a huge one.

Both total and anagen hair density increased significantly (anagen hair: +39%) with the larger topical dose of copper-peptide (glycyl-histidine-lysine-valine-phenyalanine-valine), especially when compared to total and anagen hair density LOSSES in the placebo-treated group.

Chapter 17: "Quantitative Assessment of Peptide-Copper Complex-Induced Hair Follicle Stimulation Using the Fuzzy Rat" Ronald E. Trachy, Hideo Uno, Shelley Packard, and Leonard M. Patt. This was done on rats. Copper peptides significantly stimulated hair growth, compared to vehicle.

Chapter 18: "Evaluation of Telogen Hair Follicle Stimulation Using an In Vivo Model: Results with Peptide-Copper Complexes" Ronald E. Trachy, Erika D. Timpe, Irene Dunwiddie, and Leonard M. Patt. Incorrect. There is evidence that copper peptides are a more effective regrowth agent than 2% minoxidil. Copper peptides, Nizoral, minoxidil and finasteride is probably as good a regimen as there is right now. Hopefully there will be enough evidence to add laser treatment to that in the future.

I think he would recomend anything from skinbio, so it would be folligen, he is def this forums most ardent supporter of copper peptides, if the word coper peptides comes up, he is there to defend it and mention skinbiology, hmmmm.

I know thats my point .. just because someone used copper peptides and some other peptides and had 0 results doesnt make it safe to say that this new peptide, in PS1 or OSH whatever they are calling this product , will be a complete failure.

More effective than 2% maybe .... but thats why there is 5% minoxidil because 2% doesnt really do anything.. to my understanding cu peptides arent nearly as good as 5%
