Propecia advice needed.

Now.. I know you guys may laugh and it doesn't bother me but I would genuinely like some serious answers.

My Story

I'm a 22 year old with male pattern baldness on both sides of my family. I have had a receding hairline for the past few years... which didn't bother me because I like the look of a more mature hairline. I would rank myself a MW2. What is really starting to concern me is that my hair is beginning to thin out, thin out to the point when my hair is wet I REALLLY look like i'm balding. It is really beginning to bother me and even my lady has noticed. I have been researching propecia to help halt and even reverse my hair thinning.. However, my girlfriend and myself are quite scared of the sexual repercussions that Propecia may cause. This is where things get a little... well funny for most. I have an extremely high sex drive.. and I have always been, well quick to "get off"... What I am wondering if... this puts me at a greater risk for the sexual side effects of Propecia... or will it make my "hastiness" and overly high sex drive better because of the lowering of my libido.

Hi, I highly doubt it will put you at any increased risk of sexual side effects nor will it effect your hilariously named problem of "hastiness".

I'm not Propecia's biggest fan, but I agree that the odds of it altering your sex life are really low. It truely is a small minority that experience sexual sides, and these disappear either upon continuation or cessation of use. Give it a go.

Does anyone have any advice regarding the cost of Propecia in Canada? Can I buy 3 months in advance?
