Ok, so 3.5 weeks ago I switched from 1mg a day to 0.25mg a day to take advantage of the 86% effectiveness of the smaller dose, mostly to save money.
I have had no increase in libido, but I dont think that was affected much or any eitherway.
I work out a lot ( 6 days a week ) and eat healthy, and in the last month my muscularity has increased noticeably. I weigh a couple pounds more, but Im leaner looking and my waist is back to 32 inches ( from 33 ).
I havent changed anything in my routine or diet, the only thing I added was an energy pill I take 1.5 hours prior to working out - I suppose that may be burning off additional fat.
I suspect however that the lower propecia dose has raised my hormone levels. I also feel like my stubble on my face may be corser.
Also I havent been this strong in years as far as the weights Im lifting.
Comments? I wonder if its too low of a dose for me, that I may see new hairloss from this 0.25 dose.
