I'm sorry if this has already been addressed, I have done some mild searching. I have been on Propecia for 3 months now, I'm tired of the side effects. I'm thinking about switching to Revivogen for my primary DHT blocker, and wanted to know what you guys think.. I'm wondering if the shedding will still occur, and I'm wondering if the hair that's currently resting will come back or just stay gone because I'm off the Propecia.. Any help/advice is greatly appreciated.

You will switch to revivogen...and yes your hair will still shed and balding will still persist because revivogen doesnt do crap for anything.

What were your side effects upon taking propecia?
I am experiencing a huge decrease with my sex drive, I have only been on it for 3 months now so hopefully it will go away. I get the brain fog a lot although i think its not really a huge problem. So far the Propecia has done nothing positive for me. Everywhere that I have hair is thinning. Literally everywhere. Was only thinning from the front and mid section of my head before I started. What should I do about that? Is that normal at all? It's causing my eyebrows/facial hair to thin too. My potential donor supply is also thinning now. I think that the Propecia is responsible for this, I'm just worried that it wont come back.
How old are you? I seriously doubt that Propecia is causing you to lose hair in your donor or anywhere else. You probably have agressive male pattern baldness loss which the Propecia is helping to lessen, but not enough. Have you had a legit hair transplant doctor or dermatologist examine you and make a diagnosis? You should.
Side effects might go away after a year or you could take 1 pill every other day.

Well, you are supposed to use Revivogen for a year before drawing conclusions. I use it along with fluridil, minoxidil, nizoral and lasers. My hairloss has stopped, remaining hair has thickened back to my teen years. For now at least.

Many of the Revivogen tales of woe have to be excluded from any conclusion as often people did not trial it for a year. Of those that used it for a year or more there are mixed opinions and results - expected.
Switching from one questionable treatment to another does not make a great deal of sense. Having tried spironolactone I'll stick with Revivogen for now.

I buy it from Revivogen.com - but I don't bother with the shampoos etc, just the revivogen. I can't be sure its helping my hair, all I know is that my current regime seems to be working and my number one goal is to keep my hair - so I'm satisifed for now.
But I would say, it can't hurt to add the S5 cream - for the hairline is probably not a bad idea but I'm not using the liquid spironolactone again. Nasty and a real hassle for questionable returns.

I was thinking about trying Revivigen but reading negative comments from people who were using in for over 1 year makes me question this product. I don't want to fool myself by saying that it will work for me.
S5 cream is the way to go
