Proscar

Recently the Dr. from whom I buy my hairgrowth products from called in my Proscar script as he has done for over 5 years. This time the insurance company asked the pharmacy to have the Doctor call them with a 'diagnosis'. Since there was no legitimate 'diagnosis', coverage through my insurance was denied. This being said, I just now have realized that I have been fortunate enough to only pay $27 for a 3 month supply of Proscar through my insurance for the last 5 years and this is now over. I guess I have entered the world of retail pharmeceuticals and i was wondering anyone could tell me how to go about getting Proscar/Propecia from here and about how much it will cost me?

Thanks for any help.

Wow dudemon. Unbelievable. I never considered that issue and thanks for giving me the heads up! I don't know what to do. I guess I could ask my regular 'family Doctor', but I don't know how he'll respond. I have heard of 'internet docs' that I thought would write a script, but even if I get it written, the pharmacy said the 3 months worth of Proscar without insurance is $287 ($95/mo.)! I just can't pay that. Not sure what i'm going to do. Up to now I have always used a topical w/ the proscar, so testing the 'no proscar waters' could be scary...as in the results.

inhouse pharmacy seems popular with american posters, as they are cheap and generic. I'm sure they are fine as plenty of people on here use them.

Thanks Petchsky and forgive my ignorance, but what is 'inhouse'? Is that the actual name of an online pharmacy or a generic name for them? I wouldn't even know where to begin to look. Can anyone direct me?

Thank you.
