To be honest, it sounds rather fishy to me. I mean, is there any scientific data to back it up? Any clinical trial study with plausible end results?

For example, there are actually two clinical trial studies for oral spironolactone and there are also many positive users on forums, with the exception of (possible) side effects, though.

Im scared of using minoxidil or finasteride, i had faced a lot of side effects due to meds in the past. This thing is the only one that gave me little bit of hope :(
Also what is my baldness scale? Am i at nw3 or nw4?

Have you always had the smaller hairs at the front of the hairline?

Yes, there are photos of PRP working. The earlier the hairloss the better results. It could work amazing for you or it could do bill. It’s like any treatment.

The quality of the equipment makes a huge difference in the results as I’ve been told. Research and ask around the places that offer PRP and see what they have to say.

NW3/4? Are you kidding me...

You're a NW1.
You’re no way near a Norwood 3 or 4. Hair looks very thick and normal.

The only thing that looks like it’s balding is the smaller hairs at the front of the hairline which could be very normal for you and even more so if it’s always been that way.

Nope, My hair line has receded and it looks worse if i come out of shower. Anyway if I can keep it like that till I'm 27-28 I will get hair transplant done to have normal hair line. But I'm scared of using finasteride.

Unlike others here, I think you are a NW2. I can tell that front pic is a bit decieving. But with that being said it looks like you have no thinning other than the hairlinr so If i were you I wouldnt be concerned right now.

Because you are clearly a NW1. Have you ever seen a NW3 or NW4? Those are the guys that you can tell from a mile away that they are balding. I can't take you seriously with that NW1. You're lucky though, I wish I was a NW1
