Psoriasis And Shampoo Treatment(without More Hair Loss)

Hi Folks, I have some spots of scalp psoriasis. My normal shampoo is Everyday Clean by equate. It does nothing to fight the psoriasis so today I bought some Neutrogena T/Gel Therapeutic shampoo that contains 5% Coal Tar Topical to see if that would help. I noticed a lot of extra hair in the sink after I washed it. Does anyone know if this shampoo is one that people losing their hair should avoid. Do any of you have scalp psoriasis and how do you treat it? I also am on finasteride1% and minoxidil.I want to treat my psoriasis without causing any more hair loss or damage. Any replies would be welcome. Thank You.

Hey man, take a look at my recent thread. I don't think I ever had psoriasis but I had bad dandruff and inflammation so maybe what I posted could help you!
