Thats the puffiness i see where gyno will form and tenderness may or may not occur (assuming this new puffy spot is new and not from puberty). Every male has a very small amount of gland that can begin to grow with increasing amounts of estrogen. If you let it progress it will become permanent and surgery will be the only option.

From your pictures they don't look puffy at all. Type "gynecomastia puffy nipples" on google and you will see what they look like.

Go see a doctor but I think you are overthinking it. Are you generally a paranoid person?

When it comes to my looks I can be a little paranoid, yes.

When the weather is warm anyones nipples will become a little puffy and "lighter". I think thats a point many dont get; when you go in the cold the areola skin tenses kinda like goosebumps and becomes darker and smaller. If your nipples are puffy just flick them and they literally stiffin up, in this case thats just a normal reaction to temperature and/or stimulation. In your case i see where the gland will form (very very mild, almost undetectable to someone not educated in the subject), its like a larger circle around your areola. You should lay off the finasteride and see if it resolves itself. You can run letro and arimidex (has to do with estrogen/ receptors) but they may cause hairloss which obviously counter productive so i would just stop finasteride and see if the symptoms subside. If you dont feel a semi hard squishy pad under your nipple then youre in good shape.

So I've been having puffy nipples for the last few weeks but I didn't want to open a thread right away. They are showing most when my body is warm. If I'm cold they barely get puffy or not at all. I don't want man boobs but I don't want to be bald either.
I'm ~8.5 months on 1.25mg/day. It sucks because I haven't had the results I expected.
I'm also bulking up quite heavily, I gained 6kg/13.2pounds in the last 3.5 months. I know this can make your nipples a bit puffy too but that would be a big coincidence, would it not? I don't have a history with puffy nipples.

What should I do?

If u squeeze the area do you feel squishy "balls", is the area tender. Gyno can be very spread out or just localized at the nipple (which is more from steriods then hormones changing at puberty or as males get older 40+). Because youre nowhere close to being overweight you will be able to tell if u have gyno easy, itll look like a bottle cap is under you nipple and the area will be raised.

But fat would distribute throughout the pec, the fat tissue is behind/mixed with gandular tissue. Youve definetly seen an overwieght person without gyno but still had fat in their chest. Hopefully op is experiencing temperary hormone imbalance. Gyno isnt just growing boobs like a 13 year old girl. If op was bulking naturally then it could be fat but if op is now experiencing puffy nipple out of the blue with his low body wieght while taking a drug that increases estrogen then the signs point to the beginnings of gyno but again were going by one picture of the kids nipple.

If you pinch your nips and they "harden" up, it's not gyno. You genetically have puffy nipples. Go get surgery, because stopping finasteride won't get rid of them.

Also, I've had puffy nips like that from before starting finasteride & dutasteride, and they haven't gotten any worse.

I feel like my nipples are just getting fat. No hard tissue or anything. Could this be dose dependent? Because I lowered my dose because of this.

They've been like this for a while now but they never get sore or itchy really.

Yeh, post another pic in a months time and compare the two. For me even the last two pics, your recent one looks worse.

Any pain at all or enlarged gland then look up gyno reversal protocols. Its amazing how quick it can come on.

Eat lots, but protien and healthy carbs/fats and fibre.

I'm somewhere in between now. It's a little experiment. I do gain a lot of strength.
I can get rid of fat quite easily.

no offense bro, but you seem to have a lot of fat deposit in your chest area , with no chest muscle . I don't think you have gyno . Lose weight to be sure
Me i can see puffy nipples despite being 63 kg for 184 cm . So hell yeeah that was gyno .
But for you that can be just fat
