Unless you pull the whole hair including the bulb then I would say no.

hmm i've been wondering about this questoin too.

damn i hope it's not true because sometimes when i used to "pull style" my hair after applying gel, hairs would fall out and yes the bulb was visible on all of the, :(

I think unless you are pulling on it extremely hard. .slight tugs on your every once in a while will not cause hairloss.

No imo. Does pulling one grey hair out of your scalp mean that it will not show up again? If you've ever done that number, you know that if you pull out one grey hair, in come three others. So, no, I don't think that pulling hair leads to permanent hairloss. There's more involved.

I think it can lead to weaker hair and less pigmented regrowth - similar to when you wax or tweeze hair over a long period of time.
