Question about balding?

I just have a question.

I have read a lot & have been told balding is a pattern in more than one way.

For example usually follows the pattern of Temples to Crown to Both Connecting.

Another way is usually you follow the pattern of your family meaning if your father started balding at 28 & you start seeing recession at 27 you kind of are following the fathers path or pattern etc...

Essentially is this true?

I am seeing recession at the Temples. Only person in my family with balding out of my grandparents both side & parents is my Maternal Grandfather. He started balding/greying at 16. I am 25. Is it likely I am not following that pattern & hopefully have a full head of hair like my father. My Grandfather & Grandfather's brother keeps saying you you passed your teens with a full head of are you missed the pattern of us. We all started losing it then.

Any science to this or just pure speculation.

Thank you.

There is no real way to predict when it's going to hit you. But yes if your Dad went bald young then you have a better chance of going bald.

Unhealthy lifestyle always increase the chances of major baldness and many other body illness, that i want to say eating bad foods, lack of proper sleep, exercise etc., these are the main reasons that generate major hair loss issue very fast.

If baldness runs in the family, then it will probably happen to you. But there is no way to tell when it will happen. You could be in your 30s when hair loss becomes more noticeable.
