Green tea is an anti oxidant. Which as far as I remember, helps eliminate free radicals, which speed up the aging process in your body, including the hair cycle. The dose that most people have been taking is 3 cups a day.

Moreover, green tea can affect male hormones. Green tea has an affect on Type I 5 AR. At one time, Bryan was into a topical solution. I've been gone for quite awhile, so I do not know what came of it.

Well, I have stopped my hair loss 3 times now. Of course, I stop it, then get lazy with my regimen, and start everything again when I see hair fall out.

Anyway, all my successes have had green tea involved. I can't credit everything to the green tea obviously, because I do multiple things, but I can say that it was an important factor. When i drink 10-20 cups a day, my hair stops falling out.

Are you being serious with 10-20 cups a day, afterall, it is not the best tasting thing in the world. Personally, I have 3 or 4 cups a day.

Dude...I love the way the stuff tastes. Still 10-20 cups a day is insane. You'd end up like Tweek on South Park from all the caffine. If anyone's interested I get my Green Tea from here.

it comes as loose leaves so you'll need an infuser. my favorite right now is organic "jin xian Telogen Effluvium jian tea". It's very mild and they have a 2 for 1 right now.

As far as it helping hairloss I'd seriously doubt it. It's also supposed to lower Estrogen levels but again I'd seriously doubt it.

Yes, I am serious. What I do is brew like 3-5 tea bags in one cup, and drink it. So you could say I drink 20 tea bags worth, not actually 20 cups.

Make sure you brew it strong. Boil the water, cover it, and let it sit until cold.

I have heard that green tea is one of the best antioxidant available. It is much more stronger than classical vitamin C and E. It should also involve MSM I heard.

I drink green tea, but not really as part of my hair loss regimen. I get Arizona Iced Green Tea.... Tastes so good, even better then regular Iced Tea.

It seems 10-20 cups is more sarcasm than reality. If Healthy Nick sucks down this much green tea, that truly is dedication.

Anyway, one of the complexities of this smooth brew is its caffeine is all together countered by its theanine content.

I actually prefer the flavor of green tea and end up around 4 cups a day. If Bryan happens to view this reply, perhaps he could add some light on his topical studies.
