Questions on Fast-dry Minoxidil and Foam

I have been using minoxidil for years, first using Dr Lee's fast drying minoxidil and then Minoxidilmax's Essengen. I have noticed that even the latter is no longer available.

Where else can one purchase similar types of minoxidil online? My only requirement is that it must dry fast, is non-greasy, and cheap. At one time, I tried Spectral DNC but did not find it exceptional and is too costly.

Does Dr Klein's Remox Minoxidil 5% Spray fit the bill? Or should I go for Rogaine foam? As I buzz my hair to less than half an inch all over, I'm not sure how to apply foam. Spread it all over my diffuse thinning head?

What's with Dr Lee's minoxidil products being so good? Everyone got good results on Xandrox or what it was named yet no one can clone it. You could just use Kirkland foam.
