nizoral should be used after first shampoing your hair with your reg shampoo right? but should you still use conditioner after?

usually when I style my hair I do a quick shampoo with Am crew first to get out all the stuff I use in my hair, and then I wash it out and apply Nizoral and let it sit. It doesn't really matter though, whatever is more convenient for you! I apply regular shampoo before nizoral simply because I want to make sure my hair is clean first so it could possibly absorb better.

I just go straight into the nizoral, no pre-shampoo.

Lather it up well, clean the hairs, massage and work it into the scalp... then take an additional dab of nizoral from the bottle, and gently work that into my affected area for scalp coverage.

Then, let sit for a few, and rinse down.

Don't forget to wash behind your ears!

I use T/Sal then Nizoral, but you can just use Nizoral with no pre-wash.

Nizoral does not dry my hair.

I use straight Nizoral - and let it sit for 5 minutes plus.

It tends to dry my hair - so yes, I always condition afterwards.
