you didnt. its not like i dont know it. I know its going to be hard. Im going to try cutting my carbs out, its really the only thing I havent tried 100%
Im trying to drop some body fat to get leaner. When I lost a lot of weight I didnt lose strength so I theorize I didnt lose muscle so the fat must be there. So dropping out carbs more should help
thing is you can be.
there is nothing ever stopping someone from being in shape unless you really have a physical handicap that does.
You can never say "oh i wish I was built" because thats up to the person to have the will.
You can say "I wish I had nice hair"
Not everyone can get built. I am in reasonable shape, but nowhere close to where you are. I kill myself in the gym. I have actually a screwed up back because I pushed too hard in the gym.

Built is relative. Some guys want to get big but cant, they can get cut up though nice. I want to get cut again but my body say no and gets bigger. Either way you CAN be muscular.
Ditto on the back.
I pretty much have arthritic knees and elbows as well. I tell everyone who comments on my weights to NOT ever go that high. Not really worth it. Be cut, girls like it more.

I dunno cause its not in the gym where you can grunt and make "look at me" noises.
I use both and honestly my bowflex works muscles I never knew were there. I prefer to mix them (FW and BF) but its a super machine. Plus I bought mine from craigslist for near nothing.
I also thought of modding mine (already technically did once) to allow even more weight bands on it. It wouldnt be hard and I already have the higher one.
You know someone made a comment earlier that "the ones who take it the hardest are the ones who had great hair" and then they complemented on what I used to have (thank you for that)
To me this leads that perhaps option to keep hair should be applicable to insurance, such as propecia. I did take it on and off when I was younger but with my budgets I couldnt afford it every month and generic finasteride wasnt available.
I know NOW I got sides from it (nothing from using the topical yet though) but never got them when I used it in my 20's,
Perhaps if my insurance would have supplemented the cost I would have been young enough to fight through the sides and still have some of that hair. **** them, Im going to WASTE SO MUCH of their money in therapy NOW!
depends honestly. Remember most of my distaste for my situation comes form having really good hair, KNOWING I was going to lose it, THEN watching it go while my brothers just got better.
Do you have a brother with perfect hair that women compare you to now?
Also On a side note, I did a video with my buddy this weekend and noticed my bridging was not as prominent as it used to be. Could be the FUE in that area filling it in. I was ecstatic when I got my hair cut saturday and it wasnt as noticable anymore. Now if only these F****** temples will fill in! Then I can work on the crown.
Here.... Im officially starting the Exodus hair transplant fund. I will donate 100$ to an account if you would like one, I can keep track of every donation and if it goes sour return it all or we unanimously decide to donate it to a charity. Something like childrens cancer to give forums like this a better look.
If we can get more guys in and you put in some leg work with docs in your area to see what kind of promotion we can do for them in exchange for cost (not all but some) Id be more than HAPPY to test this out! Id might even donate more if it goes really well
