At 21, i think high dose drugs and transplant are your only options..and it is so aggressive it might not work..

2017-2019 + SMP is really different from before, you should still have a look into it, it can look pretty good on tanned people like you

Sorry man, that's a really advanced stage of hairloss for your age.

A hair transplant without drugs will get you absolutely nowhere at that stage. Even with drugs , it would be a gamble there is just TOO MUCH BALD and your donor doesn't look outstanding either.

Yeah man, that looks like retrograde alopecia. I have it too. Shitty donor hair, not DHT resistant.
Beard hair can be used but it is suboptimal, gives a coarse unnatural look.

Unless you are getting on AAs, yes it's over friend. That's very severe hairloss for 21 and it will only progress, even on the sides until there is just a small strip.

You could try medication and maybe you belong to the 1% of user who get really really good results. But chances are -as you can imagine- very low so if I would be in your shoes, I wouldnt take the risks.
Transplant at this age with a donor like that won't give you a satisfying result either.
The only option you have is a hair system or accept being bald and move on with your life bro.

Not matter which option you choose..Best of luck man! I know it's hard and it will take time..but don't let it ruin your life!

Norwood 4.5 with thin donor area at 21... I honestly don’t think you have much of a chance even with avodart, oral minoxidil and dermarolling. Get a system or let it go

If I were you id just get an SMP and grow a beard out. Maybe even get on a cycle since you wont have to worry about hairloss. Did your dad also lose his hair this young?

I'll probably consider being on test when I'm older. For now my T levels feels healthy, but I'll do checkup just in case. I don't like growing a long beard. Stubble is fine

You can inherit it from both sides unfortunately. I wouldnt do the laser because SMP looks even better if you already have some hair. It might be annoying to shave it daily but your gonna have to save the sides anyways so its not that much extra work.
