Yes its the same damn routine. Wash hair morning then wash at night to remove sebum then comb my hair back and apply the topical and wait at least 2h before I can go to bed. And ofc I get finasteride all over my pillow case and sh*t.

I only take good pics never bad cause im self concious about my hair.

Finasteride helped with that.

I also have thinning on the back and sides that haven't changed much since 2019. I do think I lost a bit more ground at the back but the sides look a bit better now.
