Get on minoxidil asap. Kirkland minoxidil is available over Amazon, is relatively cheap, use 1ml or 2ml a day. It costs like $100/year and it will buy you a few years.
Get Nizoral shampoo and use it 2 or 3 times a week. It will give you very modest benefits.
Finasteride is your best bet but it's often not recommended to people who are still growing. You should talk to a doctor before getting on finasteride.

OK, the financial situation is helpful because it means that you can afford treatments. Some teenagers have no money.
Finasteride is risky if you have not finished growing, I'd definitely ask a doctor first.
Itchy scalp is usually a bald sign in balding men, be thankful that you do not have it.
Once in a while I have itchy scall I scratch once and it goes away and what about minoxidil
