I have some noticeable graying going on, combined with my hair falling out. So I've been thinking about using Just-For-Men or some other type of hair dye. My only concerns are that using these kind of chemicals may cause even more hair loss.
Is there any type of way to get rid of the gray without damaging the already weak follicles? Or should I just avoid dyeing my hair altogether?

Well what you can do, is look for a dye that is not so harsh for your hair. Ive seen some but they are kinda expensive. Also i recommend nizoral shampoo to help with your hair.

I would highly recommend to dye your hair with professional dyes such as the 'Wella Koleston Perfect'. If you live near a Sallys, you could purchase it there with the help of a worker. You do have to mix it with peroxide, so I would recommend the peroxide from the Koleston Perfect range. I used to get my hair dyed honey blonde, and that was the dye they used to use and it was beautiful and shiny.
