If finasteride/dutasteride/min hasnt helped, nothing will. I've tried the most potent drugs to regrow hair and they failed, so those cosmetic stuff are gonna be a waste of money

Estrogel is the only topical, along with maybe minoxidil and Retin A, that works. This is BS.

What are your thoughts about "prostaglandines"? PGE2/PGF2. More info could be found here:

I think it's one of the few things I haven't tried. I tried Castor oil for a while but it was sticky and I had no vibe that it was worth the trouble.

trentoin: is it tretinoin? only several times a month, why not daily?

Well, I am feeling around in the dark just like anyone else interested in this. There's a lot of shame in this thread and I am not sure why. We are doing research on ourselves that will benefit all of the balding boys to come but even beyond that. I am on the cutting edge of longevity science. None of this seems possible to me except I followed the literature for years and years and I couldn't find any reason that estradiol wouldn't do a host of amazing things, both physically but more important psychologically.

It's hard to understand why anyone would want to be the dude on the left if you could be Janey on the right. She's like a nymph of the Chesapeake and somehow eh 60 years old. My advice to everyone is maximize the beauty that these female hormones and blockers/anti-reductase meds can do. It's uncanny. There's an utter euphoria to extremely high estradiol levels that is like a drug that makes you better in every single way, younger and
