Regime without propecia

Any advice on what to add to following regime would be very appreciated.
Cannot go near propecia or duasteride due to confirmed sides so I know my options are limited. Can't go near anything that is going to affect estrogen levels etc..


Rogaine
Nizoral
Hair multi vitamin Holland and barret
Flax seed
Green tea.

If you can't use a 5AR blocker than you need some topical spironolactone. You can make a topical spironolactone cream yourself or a buy a solution.
