Matt.... before you do anything... go and see your family doctor....

Maybe its ok to start taking the pills... maybe not... but your doctor is better advised than anyone on this board!!!

he may say its cool.... Anit-depressents have similar if not worse side effects than finasteride... and alot of doctors give them to kids as young as 10 these days... so maybe he will work out whats best for you or start you on a low dosage...

BUT please see a proper doctor before starting mate.... its in your best interest...

Look at it like this... with all the latest stem cell breakthroughs and cloning cells... if you loose your hair... these a superb chance you'll have it back by the time your 25... and your a good lookin lad too... get your head down in your books, go to college... then you can chase the girls...

yeah, reading this topic almost makes me ill. not because of the pictures or anything, but the thought of balding at 15.

I'm 22 and feel like it's happening far too early.....but I can't imagine having to deal with it at 15. I hope everything worked out for this guy. Given how young he is there's a chance he might have regrown everything and doesn't think about hairloss anymore....who knows.

Yeah I really feel sorry for this kid. It's ridiculous to have to worry about hairloss as a 15 year old. It's bad enough at 20.

I really hope he didn't stay on finasteride at 15 years old. He's still in puberty for f***'s sake.
