Does anyone know if the phase 2 trials of replicel have begun ? They were supposed to start in the first 6 months of this year from what I could read.
Also I guess it's far to early to hear has an estimated price for treatment been rumoured ?
A price was mentioned in a Japanese article somewhere. It was a very cheap price, around 1000 dollars. Not sure how accurate that is. I don't think it's very relevant yet, we don't even know what the results will be.
Replicel is another aderans ?
Someone should send a email asking what's going on. They should have started their trial.
This source claims Shiseido along with Tokio uni started hairloss trial.I guess its replicels technology. Anyone speaking Japanese coul translate better than google?

"By the way, Toho University, Tokyo Medical and Dental University, and Shiseido announced starting clinical trial in news of today.
More concretely, Professor of this two university will conduct clinical trial, and Shiseido will make and increase hair bulb root sheath cells.
I think this theory of cure is same as replicel."
Wow, It's finally starting. This is fantastic news! The quote above is from a guy who can read Japanese. So I guess these universities will probably conduct the clinical trial for Shisheido..?
It didn't have great regrowth but it may halt further hair loss.Didn't Replicel already perform trials with very underwhelming and lacklustre results? So why should the results of Shiseido's trial using the same method as Replicel be any better?
I think Replicel sold Shiseido a dud technology. Shiseido will either can it or commercialise it anyway; they already said that the cost of the treatment will be quite low (less than 1k dollars), which doesn't bode well for high efficacy.

Haha cheers!Breaking Bald hahah I love your name. :,D

Didn't they measure results pretty quickly too? So better results may have transpired, but we don't know that yet... That coupled with the idea that we aren't limited to being injected once seems like it has the potential to do much more than halt hairloss... From everything hellouser has said from his discussions with the company is the goal is regrowth from Replicell, not just halting it.
These universities and shiseido cooperate for same treatment and this treatment is different from Tsuji lab’s.
This figure of pink and blue shows relationship of this cooperation.
I don’t know expected result, even don’t know when they start a clinical trial.
Interestingly, researcher thinks effectiveness of only a single treatment is permanent.
