Restarting Regime As Of August 2018

Hi y’all

so I have been on & off the drugs since 2015. ‘I’ll explain in a little bit’


So in 2014 i was noticing that my hair was going thinner.
Around 2015/2016 I even created a topic that i overwon the battle .

I think around 2017 my hair was at it’s best. No fall out no nothing taking fina & minoxidil everyday & applying nizo every other day.

But because my boyfriend was telling me my sexdrive wasn’t everything... being just 27 back then. I was like... i’ll stop fina but no way that i’ll be stopping minoxidil.

Eventually around december 2017 i just stopped everything except nizo & placed minoxidil very sporadically.

Now during this period i’ve lost ground immensely!

As of August 2018 I restarted finasteride & minoxidil.

In August I didn’t get any shedding
In September my shedding started.

First time i’ve ever experienced this. When first starting finasteride i never had a shedding it just halted the hair loss & after 1.5 / 2 years i regained almost everything.

I will update this topic every month.
Just want to tell you if your regime is working. Do not stop it.
Just try to lower dose it and don’t make the mistake i made.

I hope I will regain some hair and hope that the hair that I still have remains for a couple of years.

Regime : 2015 / 2017 sept.
- Minoxidil
- Nizoral
- finasteride 1.25 mg

- Minoxidil
- Nizoral
- finasteride 1.25 mg

So my question goes as follows;
Has anyone been in a similar situation like me? & how well did you respond?
