Would washing your hair with nizoral 3 times a week, Revita another 3 and taking one day off do more harm than good? I'm using a 2% nizoral and Revita has 1% keto so im thinking it might be a bit much.

I would just use revita 5 times and drop the nizoral OR use the revita 3-4 times and use the nizoral 2% once. What your doing is too much.

Well I havn't started it yet, was just wondering if it would even be benificial. I think ill go with Revita 4 times and nizoral once. Thanks.

you supposedly don't need nizoral if your using revita because it already contains a concentration of ketoconazole in it.

You'd be overkilling your scalp.

I'm kinda hoping that the 2% keto will give my follicles a little jump start every once in a while lol

I'm continuing to get tiny hairs all along my hair line, I just need something to thicken them up.

Well I will tell you from experience, DO NOT use nizoral 2% and Revita on consecutive days. It irritated the hell out of my scalp. and I am not sensitive to anything. It caused scalp bumps and massive itching.

Yes, heed the advice of others here. Do not use the Revita and Nizoral together. There's just no NEED to do so and you may irritate your scalp. Revita has 1% Keto and the studies have shown for one, that 1% keto was just about the same on hair growth as 2%. I believe you CAN use the Revita on consecutive days due to the other ingredients present in Revita like EMU Oil and Aloe, possibly even the Rooibos, that will mitigate any scalp drying.

I would've just finished off the Nizoral 2% first before having even gotten the Revita but I was a little hasty myself and probably have a couple weeks left of my Nizoral 1% but I got the Revita anyways :)

If you want a good shampoo rotation try one like mine with Revita 2 days on and one off, and use NANO on the off days. The NANO shampoo also has copper peptides in it. Both of these shampoos are supposed to grow hair too.
