Rogaine Foam after 1 year on liquid

sup guys ,

i been on minoxidil liquid for over a year at only once a day , i decided to add rogaine foam in the morning to my once a night application but only to my temple / hair line . a week into applying it , i started to shed with a mild itch that i get once in a while .. you guys think that the shed is a good sign of new growth that will show up soon or is it shed due to sensitivity to the foam .. i’ve also been using finasteride and nizoral for over a year .. thanks

Its hard to tell along the hair loss, but I believe that is a good sign as that is how minoxidil process works. I would keep applying it. I have been applying the rogaine foam along my hair loss for past 4 months 2X a day and have not experinenced any real bad shed, but I have seen a couple new dark hairs grow in along my hair loss so it most be doing something.

i've always used minoxidil on the hair line , i just recntly added foam in the morning just becuse it dries faster and wont run down my face .. the foam must be stringer than the liquid i was using ..
