Because you are using Finasteride, there is no way of knowing if Ell Cranell is helping you as much as you think it is; it may very well be the Finasteride. Actually, it may be the minoxidil as well. minoxidil doesn't always grow hair but may help you keep what you have.

Stick with what you're doing; maintaining IS winning the battle!

Can you explain exactly what it does? It has something to do with the insulin in the scalp i think? Are there chances of side effects?

You might want to consider apple procyanidins or progesterone cream. These are the best options for regrowth after minoxidil I think.

There have been plenty of discussions on hairlosshelp.com for progesterone cream. There is a guy on hairlosshelp, called debris who uses progesterone cream with excellent results. Search on harlosshelp.com and you will find more info for prog.cream.

This is the the brand that he uses

Babeart,
I started using 1mm dermaroller.
How long are your dermaroller's needles? 1mm?
How often do you buy other dermaroller?

I don't use rogaine.

There are lots of people using topical spironolactone on gourmetstylewellness.com, but I haven't seen anyone appear to have results with pics(maintenance or regrowth). If they ve seen any help, I am sure it may be finasteride or minoxidil. I am more inclined to suggest you topical flutamide than topical spironolactone but it's only for maintenance and you'll actually mess with your hormones. I previously told you the best options for regrowth after minoxidil.
Just my opinion

Babeart,
How often do you buy other dermaroller?

If I were you, I would use progesterone cream or topical flutamide not topical spironolactone, while using rogaine as well.

Try a combination of rogaine, top spironolactone and prog cream.
You are free to make your choice....

Hope this helps!

i think minoxidil always work. the problem is in the scalp most of people whith who minoxidil or rogaine didn't work suffer from dandruff and oily scalp which inhibs minoxidil/ rogaine effect.
Use Nizoral 2%
