RU Dosage to start

Hello Guys,I am planning to add RU to curb my hair thinning. As many are here already using RU in their regime, I will like to know what dosage will be appropriate to begin with.I am looking for maintenance of hair so how much dosage should i apply daily ?

P.S. One of veteran user of RU el_duterino has quit it due to sides after years. So i have 2-3 years of its usage...good enough may be we will have cure by that year

please don't predict your outcome with RU based on other people's experiences. Start with 5% concentration and monitor yourself carefully.
