RU58841 in Minoxidil?????

Can you use Minoxidil as a vehicle for RU, I saw a video from that good looking loser guy that used Lipogaine as a vehicle and I have a few bottles that ive never used so thought maybe I could use that as it would be killing two birds with one stone. Will it still be effective if done this way?

U cannot use lipogaine ! It's no good! LipoggIne uses liposome! Wants u add RU game over ! All the ingredients in the liposome ate destoyed
