Yesterday I received new jar of S5. It doesn't stain skin but it smells exactly the same. It has a little bit of that skunk smell and I'm 100% it contains spironolactone.

mix with minoxidil, seal, leave overnight and report back

S5 cream is also white, it's not yellow. If you asked them to make 5% spironolactone cream I'm positive it's spironolactone and as you mentioned it smells slightly which is probably smell of spironolactone.
When it comes to thickness I remember Dr. Lee spironolactone cream was thicker than S5 but Im guessing your spironolactone cream is much thicker. Did they attached note with list of ingredients they used? If so can you tell us what they used.

When you apply that cream, does it sticks to the skin and after a while it gets absorbed in the skin?
As long as it gets absorbed it should be fine.
You don't need to rub it in just spread it around with your fingers.
INgredients on 30gr cream are:
cream with hydrophilic base (hope translation is correct) gr28
spironolactone gr1.5
Tocopheryl Acetate gr0.6
Menthol gr0.1

When i apply it becomes "invisible" so i guess it gets absorbed...if i massage the area i feel that its very dry but i wudn call it sticky...its like i feel a film on my skin that cannot be absorbed anymore than that...i dont know if u get my meaning...

Thank you for ur advice...though if i just spread it i think that i cant reach my skin properly coz it stick to the hair so i think i have to massage a bit to get the skin well...

Hey guys, ive been usin 5% spironolactone cream once daily for 2 months now. I got to say that my sheddin has slowed down...but not stopped and my hair is still gettin thinner. So now i want to use it twice a day.
The thing is that the cream leaves my hair a little greasy and sticky so its a problem to use it in the morning and then go out...so i was thinkin to use a liquid spironolactone. Well question is, do u have a formulation that i can make do in my pharmacy? I read dr.Lee one was 2% instead of 5%...what percentage should i use?

I use s5 cream bought from this site. It stains my white hair yellow and doesn't smell bad at all. If I mix some with minoxidil and seal for 24 hours, then if it doesn't smell does that mean it has little spironolactone in the cream?
