This is a fairly new addition to the biotech teams trying to tackle hair loss. Interestingly one of the researchers is Dr. Sarah Millar, who's also part of the Follica team with Dr. George Cotsarelis. Last year UK Boy from BTT posted a thread about them carrying out a clinical trial in Australia/New Zealand.
It's a topical solution known as SM04554, it is a small molecule and works by activating the WNT pathway.
They had a trial that started back in 2013:

In 2014 they started another trial, this time Phase II:

In this trial, they're using concentrations of 0.15% and 0.25%.

I suppose it is either compound 1 , 2 or 3. But can't know for sure.. Compound 2 seems the most strongest from their essay.
