Saw Palmetto

Just saw in the herbal shop some Saw Palmetto tablets. I think this is an ingredient in Revivogen and i've seen it discussed briefly on here before. Is this something that anyone would recommend taking?

It is f*****g useless. I used it for 3years, and I only got improvements when I switched to sweet pharmaceutical druuuugs.
