scalp burning stops but hair loss continues = follicles dead?

My hair loss has always been preceded by burning. But the front hasn't burned for a couple of years, even though the rest of my scalp has, and the hair loss has continued everywhere.

Does the front not burning mean that the follicles are now dead?

It's called inflammation.

Most likely you've probably controlled it. What shapoos are you using?
The burning feeling could also be caused by stress or dry skin. Maybe you've cured these two factors?

If the hair follicles were dead they'd fall out. So if there is no burning feeling you must have controlled it.

Thanks for replying. No, the burning has continued everywhere but the front. And the hair loss has continued everywhere including the front.

Just wondering if the burning stopping at the front is indication that the follicles have given up.

By the way, when you say inflammation do you mean from the dht?
