scalp pigmentation

So after trying to reverse the hair loss with meds with no success and trying some other things, I;ve decided that the only viable solution is the scalp pigmentation...some people are against it ...because of many reasons: the fading that can occur... the owner and the staff says that it can last 10 years with no problem...the owner himself has it for 10 years and still looks good...you may need touch ups but that's not expensive....some of you are concerned about the fact that people go gray...well the treatment is not permanent, so later on your life you can change the pigment in another session...

I really like the results and even if I am not a fan of shaved head it's way better than bald.so, in your opinion what do you think should stop me to not have this done?

this is how I look with shaved head...so with lower hairline it may look even better...btw this pic was taken 1 year ago, so now if I shave I will look almost bald on top...

Man, I gotta say you look very good with a shaved head  Of course you could do a subtle pigmentation to create this "shadow" of hair like you got on this photo. My advise is do not get too dark, too dense tattoo, and don't go for ultra-straight, ultra-low hairline, because it will look fake. Really, the shadow like you got on this photo should be good (well, maybe a little darker). Also you could fix the hairline a little bit, but like I said - don't overdo it!

To be honest, I think that most guys from HIS youtube videos have overdone it and look a bit fake, but there are a few good results too.

BTW, do you know how much would it cost? I think that maybe I'll be interested in it in the future too. And how old are you?

Be sure to update us when you get the procedure done!

Cheers!

I will be 25 years old in 2 months...yea I know what you're saying...I don't like the straight lines that some black guys does have...and you're right about overdoing that...I know exactly how I will do it if I will go tomorrow there.I've read on their forum that it cost 2000 pounds...this includes 3 sessions because you can not achieve the final look in one single session...in my opinion this is the optimal solution for those who like a clean look...of course I would like to have hair, but as I said anything is better than bald.

Wow, 2000 pounds is like ultra - expensive for just making dots on your head! 1000 pounds would be somewhat OK, but 2000 is very much. I hope they will drop the prices in the future. Well, good luck, and post the result here!

I think this guy has a very good and natural result:

Or him (but maybe it's a little too dark tattoo):

The whole point is not to do too dark tattoo, and straight hairline. Hairline must not be straight, it should be at least V shaped like those two guys. Look at this, I think it looks very fake because it's too straight:

I think that before he gets old, this tattoo is going to fade anyway. Yeah, he might look good with a shaved head when there's still shadow of hair visible, but lack of this shadow makes a big difference.

i don't get it...what'w wrong with that...there are guys at 60 -65 with norwood 1,5 -2 hairlines...I am 25 years old man...i don;t even know if I will get 60's so who cares? besides this the treatment is not permanent...

As far as I'm concerned, this isn't the "real" tattoo, because the ink doesn't go as deep under the skin as the normal tattoo, so it should fade after some years.

monty it's not a permanent tatoo..besides this it's not a regular one with the same ink and the same needle that tatoo artists are using...wha't the point to go at his and get this when I can have this done by a tatoo artist?

that's the point ...it's not a regular tatoo...if you would like there are tons of informations on their forum...I started to read it sometime ago...I am still undecided to do it or not...but I am taking it into considerations as it;s the best solution out there...also I will e-mail the staff to ask about the removal methods if it happens to not like and see what they are saying me...

Man...I've tried propecia for 1 year...it doens't made anything i've tried minoxidil for 4 months even if it has made a little improvement at the hairline the rest of hair was still thinning...it seems that histogen, follica, replicell and aderans are not doing great too...so what's left? yea...the hairpiece route...:) I am waiting another piece the next month and see how it looks like.but the best thing in my opinion is this HIS procedure.

I can't believe people go for this... If you shave your head, people already assume that you're balding. Why bother painting your scalp? :woot:

Wrong! Non-balding people have no clue why you are shaving your head, unless you aren't above NW3. True story.

nope. It's even more obvious to girls. You're not going to grow your hair out when you're balding, so you shave it. That's common sense, that's what people do thus most of us are aware.

that's not true for sure...there are lot of guys that have this style even with full head of hair...those tiny dots are making a difference...it frames your face...you don't need to have long hair or medium hair for your face to be framed. is this guy looking bald to you?
