Hello all,

I was admiring my hairline today and wanted to share my secret.
Below is a video off the cuff I'm tired and just woke up so I apologize for that.
Let me know if you have any questions and want me to make more videos.

Does this work for the hairline on lace systems too?
Just be more careful with lace. The best thing about lace is you can bleach the knots from underneath and not have a dark dense dots.
On my old lace system I did break up the perfect "grid" pattern on the front hairline by creating very tiny tears or rips like really tiny and just leave them messy and frayed as you would have a layer of glue for them to "sink" into and disappear.
Love this vid, where do you get your units Cory?
This one was picked out at a hair solon in Bloomington Minnesota but I guarantee it nothing special probably could get the same or better from any online distributor for cheaper.
I went with 10 percent synthetic gray because when I dye the hair with Just for men the grays stay gray making it look more natural. I just use the shampoo in color so it only last a few months this hair system is 3 months old and somehow just looks better the older it get lol.

How do you bleach the knots from underneath? Is there any easy way to do that? I want to try it around the parting area too as this has some slightly exposed lace. I've seen some videos online from black women who wear lace wigs/systems and they use foundation powder on the underside of the lace to disguise the knots - is this how you do it, or some other way?

I had the solon do it but it can be done by yourself follow this video they used their own mixture but if goto a local ethnic hair shop they will have everything. I get my advice from mostly black women at these shops since they know more than me about hair systems than most.

It's true black girls know the most. One thing to be careful with is the following: Most of their lace-front units are mono-front - not the sort of "lace" we're accustomed to.

Consequently, when they remove the tiny bit of glue they attach the front of their wig with - the front - they can employ much rougher techniques than we can with, say, French Lace.

The mono I have is so durable it's a joke. It's untearable and holds its hair amazingly well. I've seen a girl remove Bold Hold - a well regarded white glue - from her "lace" w/ 70 percent alcohol and a washcloth. RUBBING HARD.

But you just ask the seller to make a thin system with graduated hairline and that's it. Why do it yourself?
