Do you guys think I will be a full NW6 or NW7 if I don't use the big 3 or do you guys think I can go out this b**ch looking like keifer Sutherland? I would literally have no qualms if I had that dudes hairline in my older years

there is no way to answer that question. you hair loss may stop altogether or you may be a nw7 and it could take 20 years to reach that point or it could take 6 months.

the only honest answer anyone can give you is that male pattern baldness is a progressive disease and it is likely only going to get worse unless you treat it.

I have seen one of my old classmates go from a NW1 to NW5 in 2 years. So, anything is possible when it comes to male pattern baldness. You at least should get on finasteride or dutasteride.
