Is there a direct correlation between how itchy your scalp is and the severity of your hair loss? Those of you who've had treatments with any kind of results, from small results to incredible results, was your scalp inflammation reduced in the process? I'm trying to figure out if there is a chance this treatment I'm on produced some kind of result, even if my scalp inflammation isn't any better than it's always been.

Yeah there is. The itch is from inflammation, bacteria, dht. Not good at all.

That right there is causing hair loss. If you have no itching and good quality hair, you're in good shape.

However, there are fellas that have the itch and still have great hair, it just means their resilience to those things are better than ours.

Absolutely, yes.

Everything that gave me regrowth made my scalp feel great. Relaxed, no itch, no pain when combing or pulling the hair, didn't feel like I had a bead of nails underneath the skin there, no pain when pressing on the scalp with fingertips, and most importantly, TOP OF THE HEAD SHOULD FEEL THE SAME AS THE SIDES AND BACK.

That's a really quick way to judge if a treatment will be hopeful or not.
