I know this topic has been done over and over again, but sorry for making it, but its regarding masturbation and sexual activity.

some people say masturbation and sexual activity can cause hairloss some say it won't.

my question is, is it possible that masturbation and sexual activity can cause hairloss in those who have the genes for hairloss? People who don't have the genes can jerk off a thousand times and have no hairloss, such as those who take steroids and don't lose hair to due them not having the genes. The ones who do have the genes and take roids, accelerates there hairloss. Can that case be used in masturbation and sexual activity. When an individual is predisposed to hairloss, and has enagages in too much masturbation and sexual activity, will it do harm?

Some of you here are very well educated when it comrs to this stuff, I would appreciate your opinions.

Could be cuz your c*m is all made of proteins, but I thin it's only in cases where you jerk off more then 3 a day

I would bet large sums of money that it is 100% untrue.

IF ..(and I don't know for sure that it does), but if studies have shown that regular sex raises test and dht like people always claim, then there is no doubt it could speed up hair loss in guys who are genetically prone to baldness.

I would bet large sums of money that weight training speeds up hair loss in those with the baldness gene - for sure. I've experienced it myself and the evidence in gyms I've been to and so on is too much to ignore.

No it will not. Abstaining is more likely to lead to hair loss through the increase in testosterone and stress. We are talking about our primal needs and the less we mate the more our bodies urge us to find a mate and reproduce.

Abstract

This current study examined the effect of a 3-week period of sexual abstinence on the neuroendocrine response to masturbation-induced orgasm. Hormonal and cardiovascular parameters were examined in ten healthy adult men during sexual arousal and masturbation-induced orgasm. Blood was drawn continuously and cardiovascular parameters were constantly monitored. This procedure was conducted for each participant twice, both before and after a 3-week period of sexual abstinence. Plasma was subsequently analysed for concentrations of adrenaline, noradrenaline, cortisol, prolactin, luteinizing hormone and testosterone concentrations. Orgasm increased blood pressure, heart rate, plasma catecholamines and prolactin. These effects were observed both before and after sexual abstinence. In contrast, although plasma testosterone was unaltered by orgasm, higher testosterone concentrations were observed following the period of abstinence. These data demonstrate that acute abstinence does not change the neuroendocrine response to orgasm but does produce elevated levels of testosterone in males.

Now excessive masturbation is probably not good either because it may raise prolactin levels. Beat it off 3-4 times a week and you should be fine.
