Shampoo?

Whats the best shampoo to use along with Nizoral as i can only use Nizoral every 1 to 2 weeks? This is a shortlist of shampoos i have put together.

I may be misinformed but I don't think anybody has ever gotten show and tell results from any shampoo. Nioxin is generally the best alongside minoxidil and finasteride.

I doubt any of these are going to help massively but none can do any harm so just try them all out.

You *can* use Nizoral 2% shampoo every day, if your scalp and hair can take it. It is pretty strong stuff but in my case at least I can use it daily without problems, I had quite a lot of dandruff and a very oily scalp prior to using nizoral. If, on the other hand, you have a dry scalp to begin with then you probably will start experiencing negative side effects from daily nizoral use (redness, itchyness, burned/tight sensation).

But there is only one way to find out!

Also, if you just want the claimed positive effects of Ketoconazole on your hair growth and don't really care about the Nizoral shampoo itself, then I would recommend using 2% Nizoral cream instead.
