i'm starting one here for guys like me who shave their head and have separate kind of thoughts on their mind. feel free to post ideas, thoughts, pictures (of yourself or guys who just look cool with shaved heads)...and so on... :hairy:

i noticed the other day that even guys who have full heads of hair look like they are thinning when a certain light shines on their head and you look at them from a certain direction. first thought./

i too shave my head, cant complain.....people will notice at first, but after they see u for the first time with it, its never an issue again. I always said if i were losing my hair, id just shave the F-in thing! lol

I buzz my hair down to a #1 once a week. I don't have big ears and my head seems quite normal shaped so I don't look like too much of a freak.

i dont do no1, but a no3, although my hair is thinning and you can sorta see the scalp from between the hairs. ive notcied its the same with others who are not thinning, so it isnt all that bad

ya, under normal light i have a full head of hair (shaved down to number 1) in the bad light the hairs that have been getting thinner become lighter than the rest and u notice a pattern. sucks.

prob gonna go with a zero clip (no clip) next time.....probably just longer than a bic razor :hairy: See how it looks and get a crazy tan....

I did a 0 once, not realizing how short it would be. Dont fool yourself. It is SHORT.
Nice solution though, if you do it and you discover it is way too short and looks bad, eat a mega-dose of MSM for 2-3 weeks or so and it should grow out pretty quickly.

i do a zero...i think it looks cool and i don't get stupid comments from everyone. When i used to bic my head i guess it was pretty stand out ish cause everyone would have a comment...even those who saw me every day. now i don't get any comments...sweet. really that's what i want, for no one to notice my hair.

I do shave my head by razor but the visible pattern shade sucks. I desided to have light sheer laser therapy to remove the rests of the hair (especially on sides).

I will do tanning but I will always put some strong UV filter cream onto my head where my hair used to be to create a hair line. I should look as I have lot of hair but I just shaved it all off. I will let some small area in the back not cured by light sheer laser in case there will be a possibility of hair clonning in the furure.

The light sheer therapy will be quite costly but I think it will be worth of it.

The last time that my head was shaved, it looked horrible! Some guys have a good bare head to show off while others don't. Me, well, I fall into the latter category I've got a noticeable bump on my left side from a childhood trauma. So, when the left side is cut real close, like some here recommend, that bump stands out too much

what>? you're getting hair laser removal on your head? dude, i know it sucks, but don't do it man. just keep shaving your head.

i figured out a way so that my diffuse pattern is no longer visable. it's not ingeneous or anything, but i just shave all of the dark areas of my head (sides and some on the top) with the zero setting and then adjust the end piece to come out a bit so it will make the rest just a bit longer. Then i shave the rest of the top...hairloss pattern? no more.

Thank you for you suggestion but it does not work for me as i am too far in male pattern baldness
