All I can think is "who in the world thought that this would look good?". All we can see is a NW6 outline. I look diseased because it looks like the hair in the NW6 area is discoloured compared to the rest of the hair. Having a good head shape, good jaw, beard etc. (people on here have told me that I have the aforementioned) doesn't change the fact that a no guard cut on a NW6 could make him look diseased.
So yes, don't ever "just shave it, bro". It will bring out your NW6 rather than hiding. Do what you need to do. Go ahead and use concealers, systems etc. If somebody calls you on it, just tell the truth. It's better for them to think that you were concealing a modest amount of hair loss and feel pity than to see how extreme your hair loss is and ostracize you.
Just a huge lol at the people who think that you can actually get into a romantic relationship/marriage looking like this and being younger than 30.
