Depends where you are. Orders from UP typically take 9 - 10 days to wend their way to my house (in S. East England), longer if Customs takes an interest in the package.

Over here your postman shoves a card through your letterbox informing you there's a Customs charge owing and that said package will be held ransom until payment is made: the Government doesn't mind us importing medicine so long as it gets its fair share....
How this all works on your side of the water I couldn't say: are you legally allowed to import prescription meds? Is there a fee to be paid for doing so? etc,. Whatever the situation, one assumes Customs is obliged to notify people when goods are seized.

Find out how long you need to wait before the package is deemed to be lost in transit, at which point they should send a replacement.

There is definitely something going on with United Pharmacies.
I sent a money order form to their office in Hong Kong TWO WEEKS ago and have yet to hear back on anything. No order confirmation through email, and additionally, no replies from emails sent to their customer service address.
It's aggravating because I attempt to call their office number (as listed on the website) and you'd think this number is just some random person's voice mail account. I've called them the last three days at random times from 2pm - 9:30 pm (taking into account the time different) and no one ever picks up.
Where the hell is going on? I hate to think I just threw $30 away. The entire benefit of UP was that I didn't need a credit card. I've made three purchases from them in the past with a money order and never had a problem. This includes an email I sent them that was replied to within 24 hours. It's as if they fell off the planet.
I'm probably going to give in and use a credit card with In house pharmacy. Unless there's some problem with them too anyone would be willing to share haha.

I am in the same situation fellows. I placed an order on June the 2nd, and received the order confirmation and I still have not received my order. I have been ordering from the for 3 years and my order always arrives in 10 days.
I emailed them and also filled out the form on there website. If anyone gets there order please let the rest of us know.

Call that number on their website. You won't get a person, but leave a message, sound like you're pissed, and also leave your preferred customer number (if you have one). A couple years ago they sent me the wrong order and didn't respond to my e-mails. I finally left a message and received an e-mail the next day stating the correct order had been sent.

Had the same problem, so I placed an order @ http://www.generics24.com on saturday (June 13th). My order was shipped on monday (June 15th) and arrived today (only after 5 days). I live in France btw.

Well idk... i think im going to order from inhouse pharmacy on sunday and see how it goes.
i order 6 months supply of finax about a couple months ago and it arrive about a month after i order it.
I just order 3 months supply of propecia there too, i just got it in today. I placed my order on the 8th of june.
I believe they are a legit site, just got to realize they're delievering "drugs" half way across the world.
I'm going to switch days using finax and propecia. Oh, and some good news, I've been using Rogaine foam with finax and i'm seeing dark hairs sprout. I'm a NW2. I've been on it for less than a 2 months but its still to soon to get any reliable results, i'll make sure i come back here and give a 6th month update.

I just received my order of Fincar today from UP. I mailed the Money Order exactly three weeks ago. Up through now, I had received no confirmation letter indicating whether they had received my money and were about to ship the order. I just assumed it was lost, until I came across this thread. Then I just felt I had been ripped off and thirty dollars worth of pills were lost.
Even though I did ultimately received my order, I'll probably switch over to In
house Pharmacy in the future. It almost seems as if UP gets worse and worse with each passing order I make with them.
