2. What age are you now?
3. Where are you on the Norwood Scale now?

Other tha finasteride. and nizoral....does anything work?

I have been taking 1.25fin for 7 months. It didnt work, my hair is still shedding A LOT. It made my hair thinner. But still waiting patiently maybe it starts to work!
Nizoral 3times a week

Nothing else.. I dont believe male pattern baldness treatments anymore..

I first noticed when i was 19 when my hair stylist said she would cut my hair to hide my faint receding hairline so probably
1. 18 give or take a year
2. 24 (almost 25)
3. Norwood 2 with diffuse thinning on top

Only on 1mg a finasteride a day but appears i've stabilized. It appears im slowly thickening up but when i was on rogaine and nizoral i had more regrowth but i stopped those and lost some. Rogaine worked on my hairline the best which isn't common I think. finasteride works best on my crown.

I was 17, I had rented the Eastwood film 'Firefox' [on VHS!] to watch that night, I was ****ing mortified. Still can't watch that movie!
I'm 47 now.
I'm a Norwood 3/3a, no crown loss.

I've recently decided to go all-out offence for six months before I hit the big five-0. My regimen is below.

Finasteride 1.25mg
Minoxidil 5% B.D. used with a DermaRoller 0.5mm
Ketoconazole 2% Shampoo 2/7
Miconazole cream O.D.
-------------------------
Biotin 10,000mcg O.D.
MSM 1000MG T.D.S.

N.B.
If I see results from the above I will, of course, Continue. Otherwise I'll 'step down' to finasteride and ketoconazole; I loath applying minoxidil foam.
