Should I Do A Hair Transplant Or Hair System?

What do you guys think that is the best option for a 20 years old male that is already on treatments for more than 1 year and it's not happy with his current hair (nw3)?

Should i wear hair system or do a hair transplant???

Let's just say that i am a nw3 with diffuse thinning on top, big temples and a good donor area

But my point is: what is better for a 20 years old guy that is balding. Hair transplant or hair system?

Age 20 is early wait about another 5 years if i were you.. getting a hair transplant now means you might end up getting hairloss in other areas.. for now i would get in touch with Donald Trump for his hair piece..
