Should I Start finasteride? Left Temple Receding.

My temples are thinning and especially on left temple. How can i fix that? Last pic my left temple in 2015. My dad's left temple is same too.

Ps: my tooth on the left is bruised for 6 years. Is there anything to do with this? I'm afraid of the dentist.

I would start first with minoxidil + microneedling + Keto 2%

You are receding but still have very good hair so would first try this before jump on fina. Or you can try to mix very low concentration of finasteride in your minoxidil (0,005%)

I dont want use minoxidil because cycles.

Get on finasteride

Second- bruised? That's called decay. That tooth is fucked after six years. Go to the dentist. You probably have infection in the root canal and possible bone loss in your jaw. Don't be stupid.
