I really think I should start finasteride asap, but I wanted some opinions. I'm looking to get Proscar, and have been looking at medicalwellnesscenter.com and would also like to know if they're legit.

Here are some pictures of my wet hair.

Thanks

If you are comfortable with the risk of sides, I would get on it.

Also if you do, get a script and get generic finasteride, costs me $12 a year after insurance.

I'd honestly rather just go for it then get fear mongered out of it. I like to think reading all the horror stories about finasteride contributes to people getting sides, which then creates more horror stories. Peace of mind I guess.

Sooner the better, if you want proscar just get it the legit way and go to a dermatologist. If you live near a costco its dirt cheap through there pharmacy.

It's best to start Finasteride ASAP if you're balding. I do see signs of male pattern baldness in the pic you provided scardon, so do get on treatment.

I decided to take the risk and gave medical wellness center a try. As of right now, I've received an email that my prescription for Authentic Proscar has been approved. I Will update when, I get the script, and when I go get it filled for those wondering about mwc. Thanks everyone.

Do it. I worried about sides for years, and tried everything else in the book before finally taking the plunge. I haven't been on it long, but it slowed my shedding, and I didn't get sides until I went up to 1mg.

I don't know about that website. At least my WOT rating says they're not to be trusted. I know there are more legit companies like inhouse pharmacy who will deliver to the US. If that is the route you take, check them out instead.

I got my prescription recently, I had to go to 2 different doctors to get proscar. The first one only prescribed propecia and refused proscar while also acknowledging they're the same chemical substance. He told me something about the essence being lost when you split the pill (?). With the first doctor's prescription I went to the 2nd doctor and straight up told him I got blood tested to get finasteride, everything came back normal and I would like proscar instead because it is much cheaper. He wrote it up for me no problem. My point is, if you have to see a doctor, maybe online places could end up being cheaper.

I only got 10 pills or 40 day supply as a tester. I am on my third day and already noticing abnormalities. I'm willing to drop it if it becomes a legitimate concern.

I've been on Finasteride for about a month and so far no side effects whatsoever. I thought for a minute one day that I might be getting the testicular pain that people talk about, but then I realized, "Wait a minute, I've had testicular pain before. This is absolutely normal." And sure enough, it went away almost before I had the chance to think about it. There are no worries so far.

I get 5mg Finasteride from Walmart for $9/30 pills, or roughly $30 a year. Pretty great.

I'm no expert on the subject but my hair situation is a lot like yours. I started finasteride two days ago, we will fight this battle :firing:
