Should I Up My Finasteride Dose Now?

Been on finasteride .5 mg for two weeks with no side effects other than two days of watery semen. Can't complain at all.

Technically my dosage was prescribed as 1mg but I had read that the difference on effect was so minor and that sides could be higher. Should I stay on .5 or should I go to my prescribed dosage?
