why is SLS bad?

i hear a lot of people saying don't use shampoo with SLS, but why?

When you're using harsh shampoos like Nizoral it's good to alternate with a soft organic one without harsh ingredients. For a normal person SLS or not won't make a difference but for me it really does, even my skin gets rashes if I use a body wash with SLS.

I leave it in the entire length of the shower, which is about 15 mins for me. Not any more damaging on the hair than head & shoulders.

Nizorals improvement is over about a 20 month period. And at the end of the 20 month period the data was still showing an upward trend.

Of course it is very mild. I dont think anyone had success in treating their hair loss with nizoral alone.

Maybe I overdosed?

I used it daily for 1 month and i have lost SO MUCH HAIR. The hair that is falling out now is so thin compared to my regular hair.
Also, ive been on finasteride for a year
