Hello everyone I am about to start using Lipogaine's Big 3 Shampoo. What I want to know is which of these 3 ways am I supposed to do it? 1) ONLY use the Lipogaine Keto Shampoo (just put this on for 5 minutes and rinse)? 2) use my shampoo, then use the Lipogaine Keto Shampoo, then use my conditioner. Or possibly 3) Use the Keto shampoo and then my conditioner?

Keep in mind I have really dry hair so I always have used a conditioner after every shampoo to keep it hydrated. Also I use the "Pura d'or: Premium Organic Shampoo/Conditioner if anyone is wondering. It has only natural ingredients (no SLS) and it doesnt strip the oils from your hair.

You should use only one shampoo at a time, no point in using more. You can use the keto shampoo once a week then use another the other days of the week. Keto is just to kill fungus and dandruff, there's zero evidence it does anything to fight hereditary hair loss despite the numerous "studies".

Aren't studies a type of evidence? If they are performed in a controlled manner.

Keto does have effects (anti-androgen and anti-sebum) that logically would be beneficial when fighting against male pattern baldness.

Studies have been performed? What was the outcome of those studies? Has anybody been able to fight their hair loss with keto alone? Probably not since we are only suppose to use it once or twice a week. I think we need to be on something regularly to constantly fight DHT.

At least one of the main studies was paid by the company that made the japanese keto mouse cream and I believe the italian study was too, absolutely no one online has ever gotten any results from a keto product alone. I've tried the european 2% nizoral cream and it didn't do anything, didn't even stop dandruff. Stieprox kills my dandruff and isn't harsh at all so I recommend it. I still think you should use a keto shampoo if you use minoxidil because the vehicle for minoxidil leaves residue that could feed the fungus that make dandruff and for other scalp complications. People that leave nizoral on their scalps for 30min shouldn't be surprised if their hair ends up looking worse, ketoconazole is very harsh.
