Hello.

It's known and proven that sun damage and age our skin faster and i'd like to start to use it daily.

Does any of you use on a daily basis?

Thanks

I use it anytime I remember, this week I used it everyday. But I'm getting tired of caring about all of these things. Apparently everything is trying to kill you, even the sun.

Thanks for your reply.

Sun doesnt kill you, it just accelerates skin aging proccess. It was done a study for 4 years and the group who used it everyday had no skin aging for that time.

I think it can cause skin cancer. This is why doctors recommend sun screen, preventing skin aging is more of a bonus. It's weird though, going outside looking a bit pale because of the sun screen.

Yes it can cause skin cancer, if you take too much sun in the most intense hours with no prevention.

Well i was looking for a good one but i already have a natural oily skin and i didn't to use one that leaves a greasy skin.

They had to deal with the damage. Just like when they got an infection they died.

Why don't you just use a moisturiser with Spf in it? Most anti-aging moisturisers will have spf 15-20 in them.

Depends what you skin type is and where you live though but for most that should be enough for everyday wear.

Thanks.

And would that type of moisturiser also protect from UV light?

I wear SPF 50 everyday, even in the dead of Michigan winter. I put it everywhere, including my eyelids. Sun exposure definitely accelerates the aging of skin. I've read that 90% of visible aging signs are due to sun exposure.

Hi.

Which one you use? Is it too oily on the skin?
